尾道市の北部山間地の小さなまち、御調町での文化会館建替え計画。人口縮小が進む町において常に人でにぎわう場所をつくるため、そして様々な形式の活動に対応できるように、フレキシブルな計画の多目的ホールを計画し文化会館の空間全体を余すことなく使い尽くすことを想定している。

また、周辺施設に不足するアメニティ空間を付加し、その独立運営を可能とするなど、「みんなの」という字義を本質的に実現するためのカタチとナカミが並走する仕組みづくりを毛覚している。

This is a project to rebuild a cultural hall in a small town in the mountainous northern part of Onomichi City. In order to create a place that is always bustling with people in a town where the population is shrinking, and to accommodate various types of activities, a multipurpose hall with a flexible plan was planned to make full use of the entire space of the cultural hall.

In addition, we have also added amenity spaces that are lacking in the surrounding facilities and made it possible to independently operate the facility.
